Teresa Ortiz has 29 years of experience in public relations and marketing. She is a wife, a mother, and a grandmother, as well as a bible teacher and inspirational speaker. She is the author of two books and has written over 400 articles with subject matters ranging from humorous family tales to in-depth bible studies and devotional works.


Laura Trahan has put her degree in Journalism to use as a newspaper  reporter, writer and editor. She has written articles on topics ranging  from current events to marketing to family life. After 15 years in the industry, she has developed a love of seeing others succeed using their Godly abilities and talents! She is married and has  two children who love to read. Laura is currently working on her first  book, a study of the women in the Bible.


Rob Trahan has worked in marketing, graphic and multimedia design and church communications for over 15 years. From print to web to even hair bows, he has designed it all. He can quote The Princess Bride word-for-word and knows more useless trivia than actual information. He is a husband and father of two gifted kids who teach him daily that he knows very little.


Lorrie Davids has been writing for many years and providing editing services in the business world for over five years. Her published articles number over 100, covering personal and professional topics. Lorrie and her husband have been married 37 years and reside in Texas. When not reading, she enjoys music and photography.


Andrea Baber is in the process of obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwest Christian University. She is an aspiring writer and has a passion for working in the editing field. Andrea is married and resides in the Willamette Valley.


For more than 30 years, Diane Bales has worked in business and education. She has a passion for the English language and has edited everything from brochures and catalogs to graduate-level theses and educational courses. As a pastor’s wife, she has put her editing skills to work in countless Bible studies. Diane and her husband live on a ranch in central California. When not playing with her granddaughter, she likes to garden and to serve in the church music ministry.

S.L. Betts (B.S. Bible/Missiology, M.Ed) resides with her protagonist-inspiring husband in the Shenandoah Valley. Ms. Betts has written two novels and ghost written for a series that raises the literacy level of prisoners incarcerated in the United States. Her teaching experiences span preschool to guest lecturing at the graduate level and include teaching Literature, English Grammar, and Writing. In addition to teaching, she has served as an editor, researcher and speechwriter.
